Every print sold by Eva Rendl Studio is custom-made to order and professionally produced using museum-quality materials.

Because each item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or product selection
• Personal preferences

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@evarendlstudio.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage or defect

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
